在法律允许范围内，我们对间接损失不承担责任。产品责任以双方合同约定及适用国际贸易惯例为准。

5. 适用法律

本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。争议优先友好协商，协商不成提交有管辖权的法院。

Welcome to Nanjing Hardware Industrial Hub. By accessing this site or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders & Quotations

Quotations are subject to written confirmation; final pricing is per the formal contract;
Standard items ship in 3–5 working days; custom orders in 7–15 days, as confirmed.

2. Products & Customization

We provide OEM/ODM services. Custom items produced per drawings/samples are non-returnable except for quality defects. Confirm specs before production.

3. Intellectual Property

Drawings, samples and materials provided by customers remain their property. We will not use them for third-party production without authorization.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Product liability follows the contract and applicable international trade practice.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are resolved by friendly negotiation, then by competent courts.
